CW Massage Therapy
Practice policy

Thank you for reading my cancellation and no show policy.

I do understand emergencies and illnesses occur. If you have a fever, have been in the hospital, have been vomiting or had diarrhea within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, or it begins a couple of hours prior to your scheduled session, or your children are ill and need you at home, please cancel as early as possible. Equally, if the weather is extreme and the conditions are not safe for driving or walking , feel free to call and reschedule your appointment. There will be no charge for these types of cancellations.

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, I require a minimum of 24-hours notice. Please call me or email me.

The first late cancellation or no show is subject to a 50% fee.

Future late cancellations and no shows will be billed 100% unless the time can be filled with another client.

For a late arrivals your service will be held in what is left of the appointment time with a full charge fee.

Corporate clients must provide at least 72 hours notice if you need to reschedule, cancel, or modify your appointment in any way. If your appointment is on a Monday, notice must be given 72 hours before your appointment that Wednesday; weekends don't count toward the 72 hour notice policy.

If you fail to cancel or modify your appointment prior to 72 hours before your onsite massage appointment, but you give more than 24 hours notice, a 50% fee will be charged to your credit card. Full refunds will not be given.
